Services Provided

Estimates and Payments
- All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated for complex technical assessments.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement has been established.
Property Access and Safety
- The client must ensure clear access to the property for our team and heavy machinery (e.g., CAT 313F).
- The client is responsible for identifying underground utilities or private irrigation systems not marked by public utility locators.
Emergency Services
- Our 24/7 emergency response is subject to team availability and weather safety conditions.
- Emergency rates may apply for services requested outside of standard business hours (Mon-Sat, 7 am – 7 pm).
Limitation of Liability
